False service

Purchased a mini from here a 12 month ago , stated they had serviced. There had been no service carried out had the car just over a month and did 300 miles when both the rear and front brake pads had to be changed . If the car had been serviced as they had stated this would have been picked up . Collection of vehicle totally shambolic . Will not be coming here again
