Purchased a car in May 16 from Wargrave Village Car Sales and had a fault with the car a week or so after purchasing it and taking it home. The initial service on the day of test drive and purchase was fine. However, with this fault the car was not even driveable so I incurred cost to take it back to be fixed. It took two weeks to be fixed with something that I have been told by mechanics should not take that long. I had to pay to have insurance on another car for two weeks. When my mum and I came to pick up the car (two hour drive), it was not ready when we got there and had to wait as it wasn't even back at the dealership yet. We were then greeted by the owner being rude and were shocked by the change in attitude towards us despite the fact the dealership was at fault. I was praying nothing else would go wrong with the car again so I wouldn't have to deal with this man. To be honest, it was quite an upsetting experience when I was excited to get this car. I would not recommend due to the lack of customer service and what felt like a bit of a bodge job to sell the car.
