Absolutely shocking service, would give zero stars if possible.. bought car without viewing as was away and needed a Car a soon as I got back, condition nowhere near as good as stated in description but I accept there is nothing I could do about that as I’d bought it without seeing it.. engine light on day after I got it home.. 3 garages told me it needs to go to Mercedes.. they are refusing to cover the cost of main dealer repair and are now not returning my emails.. I have requested my money back so as expected they are still not replying to my emails.. I have had to take the steps of contacting citizens advice/trading standards… do yourself a favour and do not buy from good gear cars
