I recently purchased my car from Kesgrave Cars, and I couldn't be happier with the experience—thanks entirely to Chris. As a woman, I’ve often found the car-buying process in a traditionally male-dominated industry a bit daunting. But Chris completely changed that for me. I had seen a car online that I was really interested in, but I was initially hesitant about visiting in person. Chris went out of his way to send me a detailed video of the car, which immediately put me at ease. It was so thorough, I knew then and there that I wanted it. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I felt comfortable and welcomed. There’s a lovely, family feel to Kesgrave Cars—the whole team is warm, friendly, and genuine. I took the car for a test drive and absolutely loved it. I needed to trade in my old car and arrange credit for the remaining balance, and Chris made the entire process incredibly straightforward. He was honest, clear, and straight-talking—qualities that are so important and refreshing. I also mentioned that some of the letters on the car were faded, and Chris took it upon himself to have them professionally replaced. Such a thoughtful gesture—it’s the little things that really show how much he cares. What I love most is that I can also have my MOT and servicing done right there—everything under one roof!
