Avoid at all costs
I honestly have never experienced such a shocking bad experience. Taz was 15 minutes late to seeing us and I have only just had my car handed over to me an hour 20 minutes later. With it not having a full tank of fuel which was promised I then had to wait even longer to leave. I then also discovered I am not eligible for drive away insurance even though you said to me twice I was. I would never have drove up earlier to pick it up if I wasn’t l. Now my boyfriend needs to drive it back as for some reason free delivery wasnt offered and I have spent time and fuel wasted to come here. I do not want my boyfriend driving my car at all and he now has no other choice as I cannot even drive my own car back. I have had the worst experience when in my mind I thought I was going to leave with the best experience. The my Audi app was also never set up for me so I cannot acces my car. I cannot believe an official dealership could be so slack and careless with this. Everything was done poorly and I will never be dealing with Mon motors group again.
