Not happy

Within first 6 months I had to replace the anti role bar and there was a Slight oil leak. I've just noticed the wheel locking nut was never provided so a bit a nightmare as need new tyres. I have emailed and phoned several times an no response to ask that the nut be provided. Car bought April 2024, I've even called your mobile as no the 01463 number is engaged. I'm trying to give you a chance to redeem yourself by resolving the issue re my c4 cactus.
