STAY WELL CLEAR !!!
Really unfortunate that I am having to write this. I purchased a car from gmc 2000 as from first glance they look like the real deal. I purchased the car and noticed a couple of issues and they stated this would be sorted on collection. After purchasing the car I had done around 30 miles and the car started to knock and bag, I spoke to Jamie and he told me to return the car and this would be fixed and sorted and unfortunately the original problems was never sorted. After been without my car for a couple of days they called to say the car was ready for collection and a list of components that had been replaced. After collecting the car again I then found out the car still had the same problems and took it off my own back to take to another garage for a second look to then find out the parts they said was replaced had never been touched ! I then returned to the garage to try return the car as I have already lost over 2k in wages with the mess about on this vehicle, unfortunately they have stated because I gave them the chance to fix the car that my return policy is now void “ this was never explained when buying the vehicle” they told me that the garage they use for repairs they will no longer be using but on buying the vehicle they told me that all repairs was carried out in house. I have asked for the documents to show that on letting them repair the vehicle, that then voids the return policy and still awaiting. They have stated they would try repair the vehicle again but after having three attempts I am unsure to do this, I asked if it would be best for me to just give the car to webuyanycar for less than half the price I paid and they advised that would be my best option. As you can imagine I am very upset with taking a complete loss from a garage that looks so genuine. Am not saying all the cars are bad BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING, as if the car is not up to standard there is no chance of returning if am honest the place has very good salesmen with there wording and very corrupt on returns my personal advice would be to stay well clear and pay that little bit extra for the main dealers.
