Not given service book

My girlfriend bought a Vauxhall Adam from here and he forgot to give the service book to us when we had drove away so we rang up he said he would send it tracked. This was in February and now he keeps putting the phone down whenever we ring and ask about the missing service book. We would go down however it’s an hours drive. Would not recommend
