Bought car that wasn’t registered

I bought a car from them in October last year I asked them to put on my private plate . Then I March 25 I received a letter from DVLA Saying my car wasn’t registered and had a non registered plate on Still trying to sort the mess Lexus are a nightmare to deal with asked them to call me back still waiting for the call and still waiting for all the paperwork for the car, they are a total shambles to deal with
