Mistake

Purchased a Vauxhall Astra last year, within 6 months the clutch packed up, so I called back, only to be told that there was no warranty on this, and it was just an unlucky event of wear and tear. My local garage told me that whoever I purchased the vehicle from, knew this was faulty, as someone had tampered with it and then cleaned it all. I ended up having to get a clutch and gearbox, at a cost of £2100. Hoping this had fixed the car, only to have reached this year with a timing chain issue, which was going to cost at least another £1500. So we have had to sell it at a large loss. I would never use this company again and certainly would not recommend them, which is a shame, as the gentleman seemed really friendly at the time. Always the salesman I guess.
