Above and beyond

We bought a car unseen from Ian. It was something that we hadn't done before. He made the process easy and we bought the extra warranty. It was being delivered to us 2 hours from Leeds. His delivery company cancelled so he drove the car himself so that he didn't let us down and got to us at 5.30pm.....it was extremely kind of him to go above and beyond. The car is as advertised and was valeted to a high standard. If you need a car that he has and can't get to Leeds ....buy it and have it delivered....he is an honest and reliable business man.
