I recently purchased a Renault Clio from Claydon Autos Baylham, and my experience was excellent. Luke was incredibly polite and honest throughout the process, making it an stress-free transaction. He went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning the car inside and out, and even took care of some slight damage to the rear wheel arch, buffing it up nicely. There was a potential start-stop issue caused by an old battery, which I brought to Luke’s attention. He assured me they would have it checked, and if necessary, replace the battery. Additionally, he offered to try and fix a dent in the bumper. Unfortunately, after closer inspection, Luke determined that attempting to push it out might cause more harm than good—a decision I appreciated for its honesty. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was informed there was no wheel locking nut left behind by the previous owner. Luke promptly contacted the previous owner and managed to retrieve it the next day. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and commendable. Overall, the car runs good, and my wife is thrilled with her new runabout. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Claydon Autos Baylham to anyone looking for a reliable car with exceptional service.
