DO NOT BUY FROM WINDLESHAM CARRIAGE COMPANY. Chris sold me a BMW i3 that had a major brake fault shortly after I purchased - within our agreed 3-month warranty. Chris got his 'master technician' to replace the vacuum pump and the car still was having faults with the parking brake. Then while driving the main brake pedal went stiff again, which was incredibly dangerous. Chris accepted that his 'master technician' would take another look. After much difficulty, Chris collected the car as I wasn't willing to drive the unsafe vehicle - he was upset and frustrated with having to collect the car and told me that "it's safe to drive as its self-braking" and that "the main brake pedal isn't even necessary"! Chris dropped the car back repaired. Only a few months later I then experienced a faulty EME - the control centre of the car and a very costly repair. I got this fixed elsewhere (as outside warranty at this point). The repair to the EME showed that the part had been repaired previously, this wasn't declared by Chris on purchase. Do not go anywhere near this guy. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. There are most probably issues he is hiding on the cars he sells.
