Couldn’t be happier

⸻ After a serious accident in September where a cyclist hit my windscreen, I was left shaken and without a car. I booked a hire through Practical Car Hire / Oyston Autos, and the next morning I felt absolutely awful—anxious, overwhelmed, and dreading getting behind the wheel again. But the staff were so kind and welcoming when I arrived. They didn’t rush me, explained everything, and genuinely helped put me at ease. I spoke with one of the team about how nervous I was, and she said she had a car in mind with great visibility that might help me feel more confident. She was absolutely right. I was given a Kia Venga and immediately felt higher up, safer, and more in control. I didn’t realise the car was available to buy—Mark likes to keep vehicles moving rather than sitting around—but within a week, after hearing my old car might take six months to be repaired, I decided to go ahead and purchase it. Mark gave me a great price, included extra warranty, and even came out to show me how everything worked before I drove off. I also told Mark I’d need to sell my old car once it was repaired, and he kindly offered to handle it on commission. He arranged for an old bodywork issue to be sorted, managed all the promotion, and made sure I didn’t have to see or deal with it again. Even with lots of delays in the repair process, he kept to his word. I’m genuinely grateful to Mark and the whole team for making such a horrible situation so much easier. Highly recommended.
