Absolutely appalling customer service –

I’ve had my car for less than 6 months, and it started having serious issues within the first two. I reported the problem over three months ago, and since then, I’ve been ignored time and time again. They know full well that I have a young son and ongoing health issues. I’ve explained how much this is affecting me — I’ve had to rely on taxis just to get to hospital appointments because the car is so unreliable. Despite this, they’ve shown zero care or responsibility. I’ve tried to be patient and polite, but I’ve been met with silence. No help, no solutions, no contact. Just completely left in the dark after spending my hard-earned money on a car that shouldn’t have been sold in this condition. If you’re thinking of buying from here — don’t. If something goes wrong, you’ll be completely on your own.
