Vauxhall Mokka X

I purchased a 2019 Vauxhall Mokka X for £8000 in February, After a week I noticed a noise coming from the vehicle which was as play on the flywheel, this means it needed a new flywheel and clutch. After speaking to Chris he stated it could be driven for 5 years without needing to be done so would not pay towards, although offered parts at cost. (It is still a fault with the car that was there upon purchase) I have taken this to my garage to complete the works and have further found the crank shaft to be loose which has caused further damage and to correct these problems the bill is £3220 total. I have been trying to get in contact with Chris who's phone has been turned off and stated he will not be back into the office for a further 18 days, meaning I have no way of contacting him and I need the car as I work two jobs and cannot wait 18 days for a response before the work is completed. I am still waiting to hear and am hoping for this to be resolved between ourselves otherwise unfortunately I will have to go further through legal proceedings obviously causing more stress.
