Do not think you are treated fairly

My vehicle went into Audi in August 2024 to have all the brakes replaced at a considerable amount of money. A few months later, I noticed an issue and this was reported to the dealer. Nearly 4 months later and having dealt with four different people at the dealer and another at Audi UK, the issue has still not been rectified. So be aware that you will not be treated fairly or promptly should you try and seek help for an issue caused by them.
