Awful experience

I’m honestly beyond disappointed with my experience at North Oxford BMW. They called to say my car needed a brake fluid change. I explained I work 14-hour days, 5 days a week, and needed to make arrangements before booking. When I called back, I made it very clear I could only bring the car in if it would be ready by 1:00 PM on Friday. They agreed. I went out of my way to make this happen—arranged cover at work for Thursday evening to drop off the car, paid £20 for a taxi back, then arranged cover again on Friday and paid my neighbour for fuel to take me in. At 2:30 PM—an hour and a half after the agreed pickup time—I was told my car hadn’t even been looked at. This whole situation cost me over £100 in transport and lost wages, plus favours I now owe colleagues. And the car wasn’t even touched. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with BMW. I absolutely cannot recommend this garage due to the complete lack of communication and professionalism.
