Amazing buying experience, amazing car!

I bought my new Mini Sport from GF Cars last week and was SO impressed with the service and honest, straightforward, trustworthy buying experience. Top notch 5* communication, service, honesty, value and car. Goulam was super quick to respond to my initial inquiry, and answered all my questions promptly. Great communication throughout. Not only that, but when I was unable unexpectedly to travel on the planned day to test drive, Goulam went above and beyond, very kindly personally bringing the car down to me (I was local but still a 20+ minute drive away!) in the evening, as I was so so keen to see it. Goulam did not need to do this, but went out of his way to do so, and I couldn't believe my luck with such an honest and helpful dealer. I very much felt like a valued buyer. During the test drive, I was not rushed at all, and Goulam took care and time to demonstrate all of the car's features and controls, showing that everything worked in good order. Furthermore, as someone who has been burned with purchases in the past, and as a first Cat S purchase for me, Goulam was happy for me to arrange a quick turnaround pre purchase inspection, again this is despite having an interested buyer who was willing to purchase the car with no inspection later on in the weekend, he honoured the agreement and my position as 1st interest on the car. The pre purchase inspection confirmed the attractiveness of the purchase and great condition of the car (with only some wear/tear points to look out for in the future as to be expected on a 6 year old car). The buying process was extremely smooth with excellent communication throughout, Goulam has good vibes and an honest, open persona, which is rare in the world of car dealers! Post-purchase, Goulam offered to connect me with his local trusted mechanics in the future as and when I did want to get work done, and gave sound advice re warranty and insurance options to make sure I got the best deal. He is also following up the previous owner to provide me with requested photos/repair records and I have 100% faith that he will follow up on this. Car is excellent and a joy to drive, fantastic condition and as described - it has changed my attitude to driving (and car buying!). I am not usually one for reviews, but I would 100% recommend GF cars to anybody looking to buy a car in the future. Thank you, Goulam!
