Very poor place

Brought a car from these heaters was broke they told me the heaters was fine had to take someone out on a drive to prove the fault they fixed it then few months later it broke again told me it was because I had done so many miles in the car “London and back” they wouldn’t fix the heaters for me I had to trade the car in for something else after 2 years because I had no heaters Gets the new car on the Friday at 5 on my way home and gear box fault came up no reverse gear they took the car back off me and wouldn’t give me a car to use so left with no car and the part to fix my new car has to come from Germany so it will take up to two weeks you ask to speak to you was dealing with and they are always not at there desk or with a customer never get a phone call back you get treated poorly over two years of dealing with this cheater Volkswagen and it’s effected my relationship with my partner and effected my work life These people don’t care as long as you buy a car No aftercare whatsoever In my opinion go to Audi or even fiat much better dealership
