Dishonest, expensive & zero for care !

Could write an essay .. So, to be brief , Major 10,000 service, they conducted interim .. w/w not working, This time "major" carried out .. failed to honour all promises made. Secondary key fob, instructed a "real" technician to investigate .. battery drain within days. Fitted, charged for two batteries & not credited after saying "yes" Asked if brake discs & pads (no stock) required ordering, YES please .. done a week later & told would ensure would be looked after ie. "shall see you right" By comparison (Toyota dealership) almost £70 difference ! When approached, after 2 days & no call back, chased .. "if work not already done, could have" etc.etc.etc. So annoyed ... I hung up. Never again, EVER. Could expand more ..... do you know what, they wasted enough of my time (and money) ... I rest my case.
