NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK!!!

Reserved car on 22/3/2025 after a week they did checks on the vehicle and found major fault so took a vehicle of sale. Been advised by email that I am getting my deposit back on 29/3/2025. Today is 10/4/2025 and still not got my deposit back. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional. They never responded to my emails I’ve phoned them several times (10-15 times) if not more over the past 7-10 days! Every time I’ve phoned and asked to speak to sales manager Neil all I was getting from reception was “he will contact you back” or “he is with a customer” you can leave him a message and he will contact you back. He never phoned me once. Had amazing experience with Different VW dealership when they refunded me within 5 working days no hassle. Can’t say the same here. The sales guy Ken who was dealing with me advised me I get my deposit back but it didn’t happen. Never responded to my emails once they took car of sale, he didn’t care a bit. Phoned multiple times nobody ever Phoned me back, chasing them everyday. Trying to get through General manager now, see how we go.
