Wonderfully responsive and efficient

I had the pleasure of buying my next car, a mild hybrid Mazda, from this showroom. The saleswoman, Emily, spotted me browsing in the car park and approached me in a friendly and non-threatening way to ask if she could help. All her dealings with me were friendly, responsive and efficient, and it was a delight to buy the car from her. I stress that it was a pleasure for me as a woman to buy from another woman. There should be more female salespeople. Indeed, the only downsides for me were that there was an unflagged £99 'admin charge' added on and that a male salesman stepped in to try to sell me several (!) add-on warranty products that I knew I did not want, and had already informed Emily. Thanks, Emily!
