I purchase a 13 year old second hand Audi Q7 from A1 Ortos and the customer service I received was outstanding, everyone at the garage was always more than happy to help with any enquiries I had. I needed a large family car on a budget so had to go for something older, which I was reserved about especially being a diesel, this garage sells really nice motors they seam to pick out the cleanest ones and reasonably priced. The Q7 I purchase being a exceptionally good condition part exchange A1 Ortos had taken in, they made sure the car was in complete working order. There own qualified technician fully tested the car in every way and anything required was completed regardless of cost. I can honestly say in the 23 years car ownership I’ve never dealt with a dealership as honest as this one. Family owned and built on reputation these guys really are about their customers. I 100% recommend and will be returning for my next motor. They also offer comprehensive warranty’s unlike no others I’ve seen before for extra piece of mind which I would recommend.
