Absolutely shocking experience customer service skills are non existent picked car up was completely empty so went and filled it up then on way home car went into limp mode took car back they said turbo had gone would get it fixed in over two weeks they never rang us once with an update we had to keep chasing them Then they said there was another fault so we went and got money back they never refunded us for fuel or anything just complained that it had cost them over a thousand pound and the car still wasn’t fixed so ended up costing us £300 with insurance and fuel to do a grand total of about 3 miles AVOID THIS PLACE
