Rust wings

My partner bought car off these they told her it hadn’t been prepped so no work done she needed car asap so she got it in couple days and it hadn’t to go back for mot and valet we contacted them with faults and rust on wings and rear arch they said they will look at it when mot gets done they refused to repair wings as they said it was like that when we viewed it they have no customer service and cars are from auctions
