Poor service

Car had an issue when viewing and I was assured it would be rectified prior to purchase. Still wasn’t fixed in day but I took delivery having been assured they would collect the car the next week and fixed. Since then they have simply refused to honour the agreement and I am now having to take it to an ombudsman.
