We purchased a Transit Custom, and have since faced a series of serious issues. Right after purchase, we had to correct an inaccurate V5 document at our own expense. Shortly after, the vehicle developed an engine fault that required major repairs, including a driveshaft replacement—far from our location. Unfortunately, the problem recurred even after those repairs. When the van was eventually returned to us, all four locking wheel nuts were missing, despite being promised by post—something we've followed up on multiple times with no response. To make matters worse, just this week, the rear bumper detached, revealing it had been held on with double-sided tape. This exposed hidden accident damage that now requires additional bodywork repairs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, with poor communication and a lack of accountability. We have requested immediate resolution of these issues but still being ignored.
