Avoid!!!

Bought a car which went wrong on day 1, agreed Jacob had the car back and had it assessed. Was a full dpf and an oil leak on the turbo. Jacob downplayed the oil leak saying it was fine. Spoke to garage that told me the car was beyond economical repair as it was going to cost over 2k to repair. The garage also told me that Jacob was told this. Whilst Jacob had my car he lent me a car, albeit it poor condition I was grateful to have transport. After the advice from the garage I returned the car back to Jacob for a full refund. Had to wait for the money as Jacob stated he didn't have any to give me. After 5 days he agreed to refund me. However he was 100 short and promised to have it to me by Friday. Although not happy I had no choice. When I challenged him he reckoned I should be grateful as he could charge me for mileage on the car I borrowed (instead of having i 1 day i had it for a week because HE couldn't refund me MY owed money). Anyway, he's now contacted me 24 hrs after returning his car stating there is a bit missing and expecting me to fix it. As I said this car was in poor condition. Scratched, rusty, broken bumper, central locking not working, electric windows not working. He's now saying he will deduct the money to replace the part. It's clear he's the type of cars salesman that gives all the reputable ones a bad name. Also I nitice he has the car back up for sale, do not buy XX10 JAG as it has a serious oil leak on the offside turbo.
