Following my purchase of a ford focus vignaile. the vehicle developed a fault which was extremely worrying for me , the car ran awful with the engine management light illuminated on the dash I didn’t know what to do, the service department took charge and booked the car in to be diagnosed giving me a courtesy car to carry on going to work with, the service I received was nothing less the perfection , I am so great full to the girls for taking charge and arranging everything, even when there was no hire car available on the second visit I was driven home and told my car would be delivered to my door when completed , this was way beyond normal service and would highly recommended anyone to deal with Hyundai Bromsgrove 1000% Thank you everyone
