Poor customer service and rude

Went to view a car on Sunday, liked the car, wanted some time to think about it, only till Monday. Dealer neglected to advise that someone else was viewing straight after, which may have swayed decision. Phoned garage after one hour after leaving to say would have the car and had to leave message that I eould sort the money out for the Monday. Dealer did not return my call to advise he had sold the car. Got bank loan to cover cost of the car, phoned Monday to arrange sorting out paperwork to be told I sold straight after you left. Dealer then said, "you shouldn't have listened to your wife" and should have put a deposit down". Courtesy would have been to call back and say it's sold, or put that on the websites. Very unprofessional and possibly one of the sourest car salesman I have ever met and I've met a few. Thoroughly wouldn't recommend.
