Vehicle Purchase and Part Exchange

We live in the lancashire area and travelled down to Stoke to purchase a vehicle they had for sale. I put a deposit down on the vehicle on line on the Monday by the Friday we had test drove the vehicle and then drove away. I was contacted by the salesman 'Tom Hall' on the Tuesday morning , from the first call Tom was down to earth, he treated my self and my wife like 'human beings' which is in the modern day and age , a lost art. With that we where not just another customer. This is the first time we had looked at an Audi, from customers previously of Vauxhall, Ford and Mini, Audi Stoke blew them out of the water. Tom was very down to earth, very relatable , he gave part of himself with the experience and made us feel valued as customers. The process was flawless as we called this the 'midlife crisis' purchase. Tom laid everything out in simple terms for us to understand with a no pressure approach. He was very informative and knowledgable. This was a different experience for me as I am a face to face customer experience person , preferred. The enquiries were all done remotely emails, phones etc, but this was not too much trouble. We wanted the vehicle package to right for the price but we were not disappointed. I was open and honest about what we could afford and what we wanted from the deal. The package was sorted provisionally over the phone and I got a fair price for our trade in vehicle. On entering the showroom, the Audi garage was very sleek, good energy , very tidy and clean. I asked for a decaff coffee and this was not to much issue , they got me the drink no issues and even had cold cans. I have not been to a dealership where they cater for the customer and nothinf was too much to ask, Tom was very open , we where there for a couple of hours because we had alot of questions. Overall we drove away , the vehicle was amazing and the whole package was amazing, the only dissappointment is cant award 6 stars !!
