Rip off garage

Bought a mini countryman from KC Jones garage 48,000 miles, drove less than 100 miles a week in 11 months (4,000) and 11 pints of oil used. Oil light never came on until 11th month. A lot of their cars are bought from auctions. Took it back, it wasn’t burning oil or leaking oil…I asked him “Tell me why the oil has disappeared” his reply was “the fairies must have had it” he blamed us for not checking oil every week. He charged us for the oil and £264.65 for looking at the car problem. I found him fly and rude, he had no intention for taking any responsibility for it (£10,500 paid). I maintained it was a dodgy engine and I said the oil had gone into the water. His reply was “only a small smear in radiator”. I found the staff unhelpful, so my advice to anyone do not buy from KC Jones! Don’t get mugged by him, we lost a lot of money, worst car I have ever purchased!
