There were several things which I was unhappy with with this dealer. When the car had issues within the warranty, the communication and service was very poor, waiting time very long, severe lack of paperwork (including a written warranty). There was a recurring problem with the car, which I was told had been fixed/part replaced. When I had the car serviced at my garage (after the warranty had expired), they fixed the problem permanently and they thought that the part had not been replaced, just cleaned. I will steer very clear of this dealer in the future. 1. No car manual. I discovered this just as I had bought the car. He said he’d send one out in the post first thing. He then said this again and again until finally he said. I’ll have to wait until another of the same car comes in and then I’ll send you that one 2. No written warranty. When the car had a problem I realised there was no written warranty. I asked him to post this out to me, he assured me he would several times until I came to meet him in person and was told, we don’t have a detailed written down version, it’s all in my head. 3. There were 2 issues with the car within the warranty. 1st one was fixed (after 3 weeks due to waiting for a car part). 2nd issue, the car was leaking petrol, this was due to the overspill pipe which I was told they replaced for me. When I took to another garage for a proper service a few week later, I was told it was not a new overspill pipe, it looked like it has been steamed cleaned. I would steer very, very clear of this dealership (which is also known as bargain car centre)
