Been a customer for a while now and this had to be the most frustrating visit. Staff we on the unfriendly side apart from the gentlemen Fire Warden. Car asked to be in at 8:30am and ready at 4:30pm. Surely it does not take the whole day to Service and MOT a car. I was told that the care was in a que and eventually went to workshop at midday. Surely it would be better to stagger arrival so customers can do something with their day. The video and texts are helpful. Cleaning and hoovering was shabby. Not the best service I have had
