Shocking after care service

I brought a fiesta back in December and yet still no log book! I have spoken to David Pinnock several times as I knew the sad old fella. Again still nothing. I then spoke to Chris Lawrence who said he would call me back in the afternoon and that was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for that call. I think they almost staff are to interested in there personal life’s to care for the customers. Would not recommend fords cribbs causeway. I would like my long book.
