This was my mums first time buying a car, we visited StClements Cars and spoke with Nic and his lovely boys, who couldn’t be anymore helpful if they tried. We had spotted a car that we liked, it had only just come in so wasn’t on the forecourt yet. We discussed price and a possible trade in for our car, he was very honest, we had a lot of questions about how to do things, and where to start, he was just amazing… he helped us do nearly everything we needed to do to trade in our car and buy the one we liked. I honestly can’t praise him enough, he made my mum feel at ease and reassured her constantly, he put the vehicle straight in for a Mot, which passed with minor advisories. It’s so difficult to trust anyone these days, but he gave us hope. I will definitely be going back again when I need to change my vehicle. The car was a great price as we had been doing some research, and it was high spec. We absolutely love it, and would like to thank Nic and his Family for such an amazing, stress less experience.
