Update 09/11/2016 After months of trying to resolve the issues with our car with very little help from the dealership to resolve the issue and after speaking to my finance provider and legal team we agreed for the car to be booked into a repair centre at our cost to find the issue. The outcome of the strip down and investigation was as follows: 1 faulty clutch bearing 2 faulty fly wheel 3 also damage to the cluch as a result of the faults Total cost to repair the car was over £800.00. I was told by the engineer this as was present at point of sale as the issues was defective parts and the bill would have been a lot more if this had not been stripped down. The repair centre called Ford protect who have luckley agreed to pick up the bill. We have proof that the service manager and director of the company saying the car was not faulty along with video footage to show the faulty parts Please please if you not want to be left the haste of fixing a 3 year old car avoid this company, Ford Uk have been contacted also about the dealership conduct in relation to this matter. Ford are great cars but not from this dealership, they will just take your money and then run. Happy to share the recordings if people want proof of how I was treated. Following my on-going issues with this dealer not taking the responsible actions to resolve issues with a used car I have now been left to take additional actions to resolve this issue. I would advise others to steer clear of this dealership and spend your money with others who will give you customer care. After visiting another dealership this afternoon we now have a diagnosis but the Service manager advised advised he would not want to help any more and the director just walked off like a baby when I pointed out my rights. I will again update this when I have a resolution, should the dealership with to discuss this in more detail your more than happy to make contact.
