Buying a replacement van.

I was initially attracted by the good price, age and low mileage of the van. I called and spoke to Simon at trade cars direct in Northamptonshire. He was detailed and thorough. He took time to answer all my questions and when I made the decision to buy he then gave excellent communication throughout. I knew exactly when Marc the delivery driver was going to arrive, he too was professional and polite. It is rare to find this level of communication and customer care nowadays.
