Very mediocre service

Saw my new car Peugeot 5008 whilst dropping off my husband who was picking up his Mazda CX5. The advisor Craig was very nice, had a test drive and agreed the sale. Asked when the last service was and told January but found out it was actually the November. On the pick up was told that the car had had a “perrys 141” in-depth check. In reality the low pressure warning light came on for one of the tyres on the journey home and on checking found one of the tyres had not been inflated sufficiently. The washer bottle was almost empty and the spare key was not recognised by the car, needed to google how to get the car going. I was told that I would be phoned just after purchase to make sure everything ok, no phone call occurred. All in all quite disappointing. Bought a Vauxhall corsa from the perrys in Broadstairs about 12 years ago and had very bad experience so I should have known better.
