All ways the best "deal"

I have bought several cars from Budgen, including MG/Citroen/Peugeot over the last 8 years for both myself and my wife from either the Telford or Shrewsbury branches. Things have occasionally gone wrong, but if they do they are quickly sorted out to my satisfaction. For me this is the mark of a really customer focused multi-franchise dealership. I feel like a valued customer and that's why I continue to buy from them. They have recently appointed a single dealer principle for the Shrewsbury multi-franchise site. I my view this will bring a harmonisation of standards and customer service that I always had at the exemplary Citroen franchise in particular across all brands at Shrewsbury. Well done Sam and Team
