Dissatisfaction regarding my enquiry

I have just rang through to get a quote for a replacement exhaust for my Vauxhall Antara that another professional garage advised as heavy corroded and needs total replacement. I asked for a quote for both a full system and price for fitment. Sadly and disappointing I was told that the car would need to be inspected by them and they would then advise me what needs doing. Oh and then wanted to charge me a £132 inspection fee for the privilege on something I already know that needs replacing. All I wanted was a price for a full system +fitment, They continually spouted rhetoric about policy and procedures and refused to give me a quote..... What a joke.. I purchased this car from them several years ago, but that didn't make any impression either. Quite frankly they don't deserve the business. I wait a response in due course.
