Excellent Service! 👍

Motability car change time came around again. So off I went to Drive Vauxhall Redcar to choose a new lease. I saw Dean initially, who I'd had excellent service from in the past. I mentioned that I was interested in crossing over to an EV from dirty petrol or diesel but was very worried about doing so. Dean recommended that I speak to a team member who was an EV expert. Along came, Jeremy, wow, what customer service I received from him. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, patient, funny, professional, caring, and most importantly of all, a really good listener. Only too often these days customers get talked over, or down to by staff, but not in Drive Vauxhall. They all really listen and try to help you with your needs. I came from being an EV sceptic to an EV supporter and was more than happy to go ahead with the transition from a dirty fuel vehicle to a clean EV, all thanks to Jeremy's quality service. I'm now driving a new electric Mokka and I love it, and most importantly of all, my disabled dear mother loves it too. I can't recommend Drive Vauxhall Redcar enough, and the people that I've dealt with there. From reception, servicing, to motability, the management, they have all been superb. I come from a customer service background, once teaching it for a living and I can report that I found absolutely nothing to complain about when dealing with this dealership. Congratulations to Drive Vauxhall Redcar for getting 'it' right, a rare thing these days. A big THANK YOU SO MUCH! ♥️
