Avoid this garage like the plague!!!!
AVOID THIS GARAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!! If I could give no stars, I would!!! Foolishly I spent a huge sum of money for a Range Rover Sport SVR with them. I don't normally call people out personally but future customers' need to be aware; so on this occasion I am going to make an acceptation to the rule. Josh the sales person will tell you lies to get you to part with your money, as he did with me. After parting with my money, they had the car for nearly two weeks getting it ready, service, couple of minor things I found wrong with it. Upon collection I noticed that the windscreen had two cracks in it, I hadn't driven the car so it must have happened in their procession. I pointed this out to Josh who said "don't worry we will get them repaired for you". After three weeks of chasing and no communication from them I finally got an experienced, respectable company to repair the windscreen, however upon the inspection the screen cannot be repaired and needs new one. Josh wanted photos of the damage which I have provided, he said that he would need to speak to the director/owner "Joseph Louis Crowe" who was present at the time of the sale. After weeks of again chasing and Josh coming up with excuses as to why the director hadn't been in touch with me as Josh doesn't have the autonomy to make a decision I was getting no where fast. I left a message with a lady called "Alex" for Joseph Louis Crowe to contact me directly so we can come to a resolution, but to this date he never has, shame on you Mr Crowe!!! Very Poor!! Finally; I was promised by Josh that they would either replace the windscreen or transfer the monies for a new screen into my account and this would have been done by Friday 7th March, this has never happened, I have simply been lied too, hoping I would just go away. Trust me I am not going away and I live local to the garage. Clearly this garage has no after sales care, no customer service etc so I have now resorted to going down the legal route whereby I handed a letter to a chap called "Paul" on Friday for Mr Crowe; guess what still no contact. I hold Paul solely responsible for making sure Mr Crowe receives my letter as I am afraid due to my experience with them, they cannot be trusted!!!! They me gave me six months warranty with the car but these are just words to keep you hooked into buying their cars!! Stay away from these people as they will con you into parting with your money!!! As per other customers' experiences “do not even think about bullying me or writing aggressive emails to me so that I may remove the review”, if you want the review removed; call me Mr Crowe and come to a resolution whereby the screen can be replaced, you have insurance, use it!
