Poor Communication & Lack of Response
I recently purchased a van, and while it’s generally fine, the USB port isn’t working properly—something I should have checked beforehand. However, my main issue has been the poor communication from the company. I’ve been trying to reach the person who dealt with us, but every time I call the landline, someone else answers and tells me the person will call back. If my inquiry requires them to take action, I never get connected to the right person. Instead, I was told to email, which I did, but I haven’t received a reply. All I need is an invoice detailing my expenses, as I feel something isn’t right about the transaction. If the company has nothing to hide, they should clear up any misunderstandings, but instead, I’m being ignored. This lack of response is disappointing and frustrating. Good customer service shouldn’t stop after a sale.
