All great until there's a problem!

Bought a Mokka, loved it but developed a problem (gear linkage cable went) within a fortnight. Things happen, got completely ghosted by the company after the initial contact to advise the problem. Also turns out the locking wheel nut was never supplied so now I'll have to fork out for a specialist to remove all 4 of those or I can never change a tyre either.
