I bought a Volvo V40 from criteria cars at the very end of 2024. I have to say that the entire sales experience was seamless. From the minute I walked through the gate until I drove away in my new purchase was a joy. From the get go I was greeted with friendliness, professionalism, honesty and cordiality. Yes, the car did have a few little problems (mainly electrical) but Ben as true to his word had these booked in with Volvo and the problems sorted within days. The standrad of cleanliness and the pain-staking detailing ( this is no mean task and requires hours of patience and determination) that Sean put into this car must also be appreciated as it was as if it had just rolled out of the factory; flawless work buddy. The car itself is a joy to drive, it is comfortable, economic, extremely safe and packed with features that even now I am still discovering. It makes driving fun again. I have never bought a car from anyone else except a major outlet near Downham Market before. However, Criteria Cars will be my next port of call (if I have to ever buy another one) Great job Criteria Cars and the team, please keep up teh good work.
