Avoid avoid avoid future Lenox auto customers. just to save everyone's time who want to know about this dealer and their services, Long story short, what I have to say at the end I have said it in my opening line. just avoid falling in these liars traps.customer service and honesty is not known policy by anyone in this dealership.Specially avoid Aaron inexperienced salesman but very well experienced in lying and trapping customers. Aaron is skilled to trap customers by not being honest and only has a sweet tongue only until you have paid either the deposit or transferred the total money in their company account; it only took me 5 seconds to see his split personality. The moment I transferred £67500 To pay for the Mercedes-Benz 450 plus car, he lets me know,that the car doesn’t have a V5 document.To cover the first lie, he said V62 document Only takes a week or 10 days do arrive, but in fact in reality it takes 4 weeks and there is no shortcut to get it earlier from DVLA. Well they not Letting me know about the V5 document not available at the point of purchase, I ended up in paying the following extras on the top of the original car payments which is as follows: -My first monthly premium due payment(£1449)to the finance company without allowing the car to be driven, since you cannot drive without a road tax or a V5 document. - V62 Document submission, could be done online, but lied to me by saying it's a procedure only done through post office. In reality I had to pay£25 As postal order, which hopefully if would have completed online would take less than four weeks to arrive for V5. - When asked to stamp the payment receipt, by sign language told me to go away. - In total because of their flaws, I ended up in paying £2000 plus extra of the original price. Just to save the review readers time, I have mentioned only a few of the other many wrong things done to me because of their wrong practises, which I consider has become an habit or that's their company unethical policy. Even after anyone reading my review ends up in dealing with these guys then don't expect honesty,customer service, good business ethics since all these are not known by these guys in this company. be safe, avoid and don’t fall in these people’s traps.
