Complete Lack of Customer Support!
Whilst I'm happy with my vehicle overall, unfortunately I had an issue regarding paintwork to the rear bumper that needed repair. I was due to collect the vehicle on 10th February, but the day before I received a call asking if collection could be delayed as the repair hadn't been done. Due to my commitments I agreed with FOW that I would collect the vehicle as originally agreed, and would return it for repair once back from holiday. On 16th and 19th February I sent emails to arrange the repair. No response. On 20th February I sent a further message to chase up the previous emails. No response. On 26th February I telephoned FOW. I explained the issue. I was told that my sales advisor had been spoken to and would call me to arrange the repair. He did not. On 28th February and 4th March I sent further messages to him. No response. Despite several further emails to FOW Customer Services to complain, again there was no response. Complete lack of after sales support from Fords of Winsford! I'm so disappointed as I perceived FOW to be an establshed company with award-winning customer services. Unfortunately I have found this not to be the case, as I have failed to get any response or acknowledgement to any of the numerous messages that I have sent to their sales advisor and FOW Customer Services. I will now have to arrange the repair elsewhere at my own expense, and will consider pursuing compensation from FOW
