WARNING VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP WITH DODGY

I purchased a van bt18xpo on on November 5th drove it home passenger wingmirror fell of on motorway radio didn't work inverter didn't work so couldn't plug any power tools in the charger points didn't work for phones etc I rang after sales couldn't get through all the next day so rang sales and made the guy let me speak to the suppodley after sales bloke as there all taking calls the guy said let him no what date I could bring it back so I let him no a date he said fine when I got there he said he had no one to look at it so sent me to a garage who only fixed one of the charging points and couldn't fix anything else so told auto globe this and they said bring it back again but I live in Kent and it took over 2 hours to get there the guy eventually agreed for me to get a quote down my end then when I rang they changed their mind and said bring it back so I just paid myself to fix it then on November 27th ecu lights and engine management lights came on I checked manaul and it said don't drive so had to get it towed to garage which cost me £220 as I was in London then when garage done diagnostics they changed a £144 but said it needed more investigation as wiring wasn't good I told auto globe this and sent over invoice and they said it was to expensive take it to another garage I said how you drove it home but I had recipe to prove I had it towed then they told me to bring it back I was stuck at the garage at my end for over 2 weeks then my broker car finance 247 agreed to go half with auto globe who reluctantly agreed to get it towed back to them on December 16th then after numerous calls to them they said they hadn't heard from the garage they sent it to so I told them I'm excersing my 30 day rejecting of the van I contacted my finance company then aut globe told them they phoned me on December 24th to say it was ready which I proved they were lying because I had a tx that day from them saying they were still waiting on garage to say when it was ready eventually after I had to send all emails and tx messages to my broker and finance company I got the van rejected in February auto globe wanted to take deductions out but finance company wasn't having it eventually I got all my payments back but still haven't received my deposit back car finance are on to them so after numerous calls they told me if I take review off and put it in writing they will pay deposit and a £100 towards my diagnostics or f*** off I have 1 recording of phone call and all txt messages of them saying take review down or I will get nothing I will screenshot all there txt on next review if they haven't paid me by tomorrow end of the day Monday 24th of March please watch what your doing dealing with auto globe more to follow until I get reimbursed my vehicle was a vauxhall van bt18xpo do not buy it
